MILFORD – A Holliston man is facing multiple charges after allegedly assaulting a police officer during an arrest Monday night. Police say they responded to a hit-and-run crash on Fortune Boulevard, where surveillance video and witnesses reportedly showed Joseph Marsden hitting two cars and a stone wall.
While officers attempted to arrest him for OUI, they allege Marsden punched one officer and threatened to sexually assault another. He is now charged with OUI, assault, disturbing the peace, and disorderly conduct.
