By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – The Holiday Inn Express Boston-Milford on Fortune Blvd in Milford has been sold. The Worcester Business Journal reports it was bought by a Brockton-based corporation which paid a little north of $12 million. The new owners have not specified if they are keeping it as is or using it for something else. WBJ says several regional hotels have
been sold within the last year including the DoubleTree by Hilton Boston-Westborough and the Quality Inn & Suites in Worcester, which is being turned into low-cost housing.
