By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – The Hockomock Area YMCA’s LIVESTRONG healthy living program for cancer survivors is starting up next month. LIVESTRONG is a no-cost, 12-week evidence-based physical activity and well-being program, designed for cancer survivors and their families seeking to regain health, build strength, and connect with other survivors. Classes begin September 9 at the Bernon Family Branch in Franklin and the Invensys Foxboro Branch.
