By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – A hearing has been delayed for the man accused of the hit and run deaths of a Waltham police officer and a National Grid crewman on December 6. Peter Simon has been held in jail without bail since the incident and last Thursday was supposed to have a hearing with the judge to rule if he was too dangerous to be let out on bail. The DA’s office says that the hearing was postponed to next month. Meanwhile on Friday thousands turned out to pay respects to Waltham Officer Paul Tracey who was a 28-year veteran.
Is the tradition of trick or treating fading?
