By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – The Sunflower Shanty at Houlden Farm in Grafton has been granted an all-alcohol license. At their meeting last week, the Select Board voted 4-1 to allow the outdoor venue to serve booze to go along with their live music. The Community Advocate reports the license still has to be approved by the state. The Select Board also approved the venue’s annual outdoor music license through September, which has been a sore point with some neighbors over the years due to the noise level which the owner has vowed to monitor.
