Grafton’s Feedback Earth Reaches Agreement with State AG on Odor Complaints

By MyFM’s Claire BeverlyGrafton business Feedback Earth has reached an agreement with the state Attorney General’s Office after the AGO sued them over complaints about their smell and alleged environmental violations. Feedback Earth makes animal feed out of food waste. The Community Advocate reports while the lawsuit is still going forward, Feedback Earth has agreed to some rules to keep operating: they must stop using lobster shells, which was a major trigger of complaints; they must make sure their odor complaint hotline is operational, and they cannot have staff visit the homes of people who complain.
