Grafton Select Board Debates Fate of Old Fire Station on Worcester St.

By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – The Grafton Select Board has reportedly had a discussion about whether to remove or upgrade the old fire station on Worcester St. The Community Advocate reports officials say the building, which is currently being used by Grafton Public Schools to store and maintain vehicles, needs a new roof, doors, and windows plus some aesthetic upgrades. But some Select Board members reportedly said the area needs more parking and looked at the cost of tearing it down and paving it into a lot for about 23 vehicles.
