By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – The Planning Boards of Grafton and Shrewsbury are mulling a new warehouse facility at the town line. The Community Advocate reports the 845,500-square-foot warehouse on Centennial Drive between Route 20 and Route 30 is being proposed as a “regional distribution hub” for UPS. Officials say the warehouse would mean around 5,000 vehicle trips per day of both delivery trucks and worker cars which officials claim is not significant to traffic. The developers say UPS would be investing around $175 million.
