MILFORD – A new program aimed at supporting young athletes’ mental health is being offered this spring.
UMass Memorial Health – Milford Regional Medical Center and the Whitin Community Center are partnering to host “Mental Health Essentials for Coaches,” a free webinar taking place Wednesday, May 13th at 7pm.
The session is designed primarily for coaches working with elementary and middle school athletes, but is open to anyone involved in youth sports. Registration is available through Milford Regional’s website under the “Classes and Events” section.
