MEDWAY – Medway residents can learn CPR and First Aid at a free community class hosted by the Medway Fire Department. The hands-on training will cover essential life-saving skills including CPR techniques and effectiveness, how to operate an AED, basic first aid, and how to use a tourniquet — including ways to improvise one using common household items.
The class will be held on January 21 at the Thayer House. There is no cost to attend, though donations will be accepted to benefit the 22 Mohawks Foundation. Space may be limited, and residents are encouraged to sign up by contacting the Medway Fire Department directly.
