By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – An amateur chef from Franklin has been chosen to compete on the PBS series “The Great American Recipe” which features home cooks and their special signature dishes. Season 3 of the cooking competition includes Marcella DiChiara who is a first-generation American whose passion for her Sicilian roots comes through in all her dishes. Marcella works as an E-Commerce executive but she thrives on making recipes based on her mother’s recipes. The eight-episode series premieres June 17 on PBS.
