A Franklin woman has reportedly been arrested after leading State Police on a chase on I-495. State Police say troopers spotted the car she was in as the subject of a Be on the Lookout alert from Northborough Police. They say when the troopers hit their lights, Shanna Tognarelli allegedly took off down I-495 to I-95 and went into Attleboro where she drove into a residential neighborhood and around a house and jumped in a backyard swimming pool. There is no word yet on the final extent of her charges.
