By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – The Franklin Town Council is reportedly set to look at how to cut the town budget to shore up the school district after a tax override ballot measure failed there earlier this month. In a memo published on Franklin Matters, the Town Administrator says at their meeting Wednesday the Council will consider changes to municipal services in order to restore some of the proposed school cuts including staff and courses. He says it’s not requested from the Superintendent or the School Committee but rather is a response to public feedback.
