By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – The Franklin Town Council has reportedly agreed to cut the town budget by more than a million dollars and move that money to the school district. In a meeting Wednesday night with a packed agenda that did not end until well after midnight, the town council made the budget move following public comment over potential school cuts following a failed tax override vote.
