FRANKLIN – An 18-year-old driver from Franklin has been cited following a crash in Milford early Sunday morning.
Police say the crash happened around 3 AM at the intersection of Main Street and South Main Street, near the Milford Police Department. Investigators say the driver of a pickup truck ran a red light and struck another vehicle, sending both cars spinning.
The driver of the other vehicle was taken to Milford Regional Medical Center with injuries that were not considered life-threatening. Police have also released surveillance footage of the crash to highlight the risks of dangerous driving.
