FRANKLIN – Franklin’s Deputy Director of Recreation, Kim Carney, has been honored with the USA Field Hockey Grow the Game Award for 2025. Town officials say the national recognition highlights Carney’s commitment to inclusion, growth, and mentorship, along with her work building strong programs focused on expanding the sport of field hockey in the local community.
