By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – The Town of Franklin has gotten a $15,000 grant from the Massachusetts Cultural Council to help bolster the efforts of the Franklin Cultural District Committee as they promote arts, culture, and creative initiatives to enhance the town. Officials say the grant will be used to enhance public art installations, support community events and festivals showcasing local talent, promote collaborations between local artists, schools, and businesses and expand outreach to promote Franklin as a cultural destination.
