The Massachusetts Attorney General says Franklin Police were instrumental in capturing a man wanted for prescription drug fraud and distribution. Following a joint investigation by the AG’s Medicaid Fraud Division, Norfolk County DA’s Office and Franklin Police, Pascal Girault Jr. of Stoughton was indicted on a long list of federal charges for impersonating doctors to obtain prescription drugs and then selling them. They say Girault called pharmacies in several countries using stolen physician ID numbers.
