Franklin Police Department Receives FBI Trilogy Award for Leadership Development

By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – The Franklin Police Department has been honored for its commitment to developing leadership within the department. Officials say April 18 the FBI Law Enforcement Executive Development Association presented their Trilogy Award to Chief Thomas Lynch and the FPD Command Staff. The entire command staff had to complete the three-part leadership series on multiple topics including bias, public trust, and social and emotional intelligence. Franklin is just the 9th agency in Massachusetts to receive it.
