By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – The Town of Franklin Health Department and Fire Department are holding a free class on Hands Only CPR. This class teaches you how to recognize cardiac arrest and to effectively perform hands-only CPR in order to save a life. This free class is for educational purposes only and participants will not receive a CPR certification.
