There’s still time to run for local office in Franklin in the November election. Town Clerk Nancy Danello said as of Friday there are nine candidates for seven spots on the School Committee, one candidate for one spot for Town Clerk, 15 candidates for nine spots on the Town Council, one candidate for the Board of Assessors and two for two spots on the Planning Board, but there are no candidates yet for seats for on the Board of Health and an Associate Member of the Planning Board. Signatures are due to the Town Clerk’s office by September 15.
