There’s still time to file papers to run for office in Franklin in November. The Town Clerk says as of Tuesday, she has one candidate for the Board of Assessors, two for two spots on the Planning Board, five candidates for seven spots on the School Committee, one candidate for one spot for Town Clerk and 14 candidates for nine spots on the Town Council and no candidates for a seat on the Board of Health. Papers and signatures are due to the Town Clerk by September 15.
