Franklin MBTA Commuter Rail users should plan ahead for next weekend, Saturday and Sunday August 19 and 20, when work on the Franklin double track project will have buses replacing trains for part of the line. MBTA says the free buses will replace train service between Forge Park/495 and Walpole. The buses will operate on the regular train schedule, but you may experience delays of up to 15 minutes.
