It’s a six-year prison sentence for a Franklin Man who left the scene of a crash in which a Bellingham man died. Reed Barbour was sentenced this week for the April 2023 crash in Woonsocket, RI. Police say Barbour and his passenger ran from the crash after their car collided with that of a Woonsocket man. That man Thomas Seuss had major injuries but his passenger Brian Blanchette was killed. Officials say Barber officially took responsibility and will serve time at the Rhode Island Correctional Institution.
