By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – A Franklin man is facing a series of weapons charges for allegedly dealing in large capacity magazines as well as a pistol with a machine gun conversion device. The US Attorney’s Office says Juan Otero is charged with dealing in firearms without a license and receiving a firearm while under indictment, stemming from a series of gun and ammo sales he allegedly made from November to January. Prosecutors say Otero was doing this while out on release awaiting trial for some 2022 weapons indictments.
