FRANKLIN — Longtime Franklin Downtown Partnership Executive Director Lisa Piana is retiring after more than two decades leading the organization.
The FDP announced Thursday that Piana will step down after 22 years in the role to spend more time with her family. During her tenure, the organization’s membership grew from about 25 members to nearly 300.
Piana’s final day as Executive Director will be April 30. She plans to remain on staff through the end of the year to assist with the transition to a new executive director and work on special projects.
