By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – January means Ben Franklin’s birthday month so there is a lot to do at the Franklin Library and the Franklin Historical Museum with activities for all ages including adults. The Franklin Observer reports Dean College is involved as well and on January 26 they are hosting an event with Vera Meyer performing on Ben Franklin’s Glass Armonica at Marvin Chapel. The glass armonica is a series of concentric, rotating crystal glass bowls that can be played and many composers, including Mozart, wrote music just for it.
