Foxborough Police are looking to file charges in the death of a New Hampshire man at a Patriots game last month. In a press release Thursday Police Chief Michael Grace said the department has applied for criminal complaints alleging assault and battery and disorderly conduct against three Rhode Island men based on evidence that there had been a fight in which Dale Mooney was punched in the head and later died. The Chief says a probable-cause hearing has been requested in Wrentham District Court.
