NORTH GRAFTON – A long-vacant North Grafton property could soon be getting new life as a microbrewery and restaurant.
Last week, the Grafton Planning Board reviewed plans for the proposed business on Worcester Street between Williams Road and Donahue Lane. Several board members reportedly said they had been “waiting a long time” to see the property redeveloped.
According to the Community Advocate, preliminary plans call for the establishment to be open seven days a week with about 100 parking spaces.
The Planning Board’s next meeting on the proposal is scheduled for October 27.
