By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – A former Grafton Select Board member has been arrested for fraud. The US Attorney’s office says Bruce Spinney III was arrested Friday on charges of defrauding investors in his cannabis company and conducting an unlawful monetary transaction. The indictment alleges after he resigned as Chair of the Select Board in 2019, Spinney solicited hundreds of thousands of dollars from investors for his new marijuana dispensary venture, Noble Manna, Inc. but used the money to pay down a previous business debt.
