Former Town Clerk Ann Odabashian has won Bellingham’s Special Election to fill the Select Board seat formerly held by Cynthia McNulty who resigned earlier this year for family reasons. Odabashian defeated long-time School Committee member Jennifer Altomonte with 741 votes to Altomonte’s 648 to hold the rest of McNulty’s term running through next June. Odabashian previously served nine years on the School Committee, and 13 on the Select Board and was Town Clerk from 2008 to 2019 when she retired.
