MILFORD – Milford officials are readying plans that could potentially get the Fino Field pool open next Summer. Patch reports that tomorrow the town Parks and Recreation Director is set to present plans for the rebuild to the Milford Planning Board. The pool has been closed since 2019. In 2021 Town Meeting approved $4.6 million for major upgrades which will reportedly include a ground-level entry that’s handicap accessible, a new spray deck and playground, and new drainage, all done while limiting construction near the Pond.
