HOPKINTON – Weather permitting, final paving on the west side of the Hopkinton Main Street Corridor Project is taking place today and tomorrow.
Drivers should expect significant delays with extended lane closures from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Traffic will alternate through one lane, and detours will be in effect between the Fire Station and just past the Wood Street intersection, affecting both West Main and Wood Street.
Residents should also note that driveways within the paving zone will be temporarily inaccessible while the paving equipment passes and until the new pavement fully cools.
