If you are heading to Fenway Park, be aware that concession workers could be going on strike. The union Unite Here Local 26 announced Tuesday that after reaching an impasse with Aramark which runs food services at Fenway and MGM Music Hall, the workers are prepared to hit the picket lines starting today. It would be the first strike at Fenway in its 113 years. Aramark said in a statement they intend to keep working with the union toward a settlement but also have contingency plans in case of a strike.
