Federal safety officials are looking into Friday’s collapse of some construction scaffolding in Milford that injured four men. Milford’s Deputy Police Chief told the Daily News the men were part of a construction crew building a new house on Main Street when for an as-yet-unknown reason it collapsed in the middle and broke in half, sending them crashing 22 feet down to the ground. Three of the men are said to have serious injuries and the fourth less serious. Milford Police are investigating along with OSHA.
