The Fairfield Inn & Suites Boston Milford – Marriott has been sold again. The hotel, which was purchased at auction three years ago by Rialto Capital Advisors of Florida for $5.9 million was sold earlier this month to KRI Fortune of Foxborough for nearly $6.8 million. The Worcester Business Journal reports the 24-year-old Fairfield is one of Marriott’s “value-focused” brands with fewer amenities to keep it more affordable.
