WESTBOROUGH – The E.L. Harvey Company has donated 90 bicycles to children this year, marking its largest single donation since the annual Bike Build program began 20 years ago.
Working alongside members of Westborough’s Post 22, about 45 E.L. Harvey employees helped assemble the bikes, which were donated through the generosity of E.L. Harvey employees, customers, and vendors. According to The Community Advocate, once assembly was complete, the bicycles — along with matching helmets — were distributed to several local non-profits and multiple towns to reach children in need across the region.
