By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Bellingham Police have arrested the driver of a truck seen on surveillance smashing through three parking lots, doing some major damage. Bellingham Police responded to Pulaski Blvd Sunday night and found Robert Marcoux in the truck at Hilltop Farms. They allege he was under the influence as he slammed into a stone wall and sign at Pro Pool, through several objects at Chevys Ice Cream, and through a chain link fence across the Hilltop Farms parking lot. They say he also sideswiped some vehicles and nearby hit several more. He is charged with OUI, operating to endanger and more.
