FRANKLIN – The Franklin Downtown Partnership and Franklin Garden Club have postponed their annual Decoration Day to Sunday, November 23, and they’re still looking for volunteers to help decorate downtown Franklin for the winter season. Volunteers will meet at 8:30 a.m. in the 7-11 parking lot before heading out to spruce up the area.
