MILFORD – Residents still have time to sponsor a flag for the Milford Field of Flags ahead of Memorial Day. The deadline is Friday, May 15th, for those wishing to honor a veteran or active-duty service member.
Each sponsored flag includes a commemorative marker recognizing the individual’s service or sacrifice and will be displayed at Draper Memorial Park on Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Veterans Day. Sponsorship information is available through Citizens for Milford’s website and Facebook page.
