MILFORD – A dangerousness hearing is set for Monday, May 11 for a Milford man charged in the death of a Medway resident. The Worcester County District Attorney says John J. Bonnell was arraigned on charges of “assault and battery causing serious bodily injury” and “assault with intent to murder” following the apparent beating death of Michael Albro at the Birmingham Court complex.
Investigators say witnesses reported the men had been fighting, and neighbors heard yelling and threats hours before police were called. The case remains under investigation by the DA’s Office.
