By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Some Franklin residents are reportedly objecting to a proposed senior housing project on Summer Street. In an open letter published on FranklinMatters.org, one Summer Street resident claims the developer is pitching it to the Planning Board as affordable senior living, but she claims the proposed costs of the homes are more in line with an affluent community, citing a builder’s estimate at $850,000. She also expresses concern over a nearby watershed. The issue is reportedly set to go before the Franklin Planning Board tonight.
