Eighty-five seniors from Blackstone Valley Regional Vocational Technical High School (BVT) have achieved the prestigious John and Abigail Adams Scholarship, a testament to the hard work and academic excellence of students, staff, and parents. The scholarship grants recipients free tuition at any Massachusetts public college or university, providing an opportunity to pursue further vocational and career training with advanced education and credentials.
Eligibility for the Adams Scholarship is determined by a first-time score on a high school MCAS exam. Scholars enjoy free tuition for eight consecutive semesters or four years at a Massachusetts public institution, renewable based on maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
