Hopkinton’s Elementary School Building Committee has another detailed budget meeting this week for the proposed new elementary school as the clock ticks down towards submitting the project to the Massachusetts School Building Authority. The Hopkinton Independent reports the committee is set to vote on the budget next week with the hope of the School Committee endorsing it. The Select Board votes on August 23 and the package goes to the state August 31. Town Meeting could get it in November.
