Blizzard Warning in Effect as Nor’easter Brings Up to 22 Inches, 55 MPH Winds Across Region

MASSACHUSETTS – We are under a Blizzard Warning through Tuesday at 7am, with dangerous travel conditions expected across Southern Worcester County.

In addition to the heavy snowfall totals, gusts up to 55 mph could create whiteout conditions and drifting snow. Travel should be limited to emergencies only. If you must go out, give plow crews plenty of room and expect rapidly changing visibility.

Most local parking bans remain in effect, and temperatures will stay cold enough to keep roads icy even after the snow tapers off.
