Blackstone Man Arrested for Drunk Driving and Yard Damage in Hopkinton

By MyFM’s Claire BeverlyHopkinton Police have arrested a man they allege was driving drunk on people’s lawns on Proctor Street last week. Several people reportedly called 911 around Midnight Thursday saying the guy was doing donuts in a pickup truck in at least six different yards until he got stuck in a backyard. The Hopkinton Independent reports Zachary Lemelin of Blackstone was arrested on suspicion of OUI, reckless operation, malicious destruction of property and carrying a loaded firearm while under the influence of alcohol.
