Better Security Presented As The Need For New Tri-County School

Better security and ADA compliance are some of the reasons presented regarding the need for a new Tri-County Regional Vocational Technical High School. The Franklin Observer reports at a public hearing Tuesday, Franklin officials discussed how the current school, built in 1977, is significantly outdated and with the Massachusetts School Building Authority offering partial funding, now is an opportune time to build a new one. The 11 communities that send kids there will vote on a referendum for it on October 24.
