BELLINGHAM – The Bellingham Department of Public Works is shutting down a water main this morning to do repairs to the water system. Starting at 8am, the anticipated area that will be without water will include Potter Drive, Kennedy Road, Holman Street, Gateway Road, Flagg Drive, Heritage Way, and S Main Street from Blackstone Street to Mechanic Street. They say they will reactivate the main as soon as possible and remind you when it comes back on, it will likely be discolored for a few hours.
