By MyFM’s Claire Beverly – Bail of $500 has reportedly been set for a Milford man arrested on drug charges after someone OD’d at his home. The Daily News reports a judge ruled late last week that Tiago DaSilva is not a danger to society and can go out on bail until an October 3 court date. Police allege they found a lot of cocaine and fentanyl at his home. The overdose victim is said to be recovering. DaSilva is charged with trafficking. The judge said if he makes bail, he must stay drug free and will be periodically tested. As of this morning, he was still in the jail.
