The old Archer Rubber site in Milford may get a new life. The Milford Planning Board has voted to amend the town’s zoning to change the site along Central Street from industrial to business park although that change will require approval of a Special Town Meeting vote set for October. The site has been vacant since 2016. Patch reports Milford’s new economic development director John Charbonneau wants to redevelop the land and was set to tour it today with the owner and someone from the Charles River Watershed Alliance.
